Celeste is a modern and refined interpretation of the classic American Cocktail Lounge & Supper Club. The various floors concept takes design inspiration from the building's original architects Adler & Sullivan circa 1888.
The first floor "The Bar" serves a selection of refined small bites. The beverage program offers classic and progressive cocktails with specially selected spirits. A list of regional and international craft brews with specially chosen wines are also available.
The second floor "Deco Room," a space inspired by the glamorous mood of 1920s supper clubs offers a full dining menu accented by seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The cocktail and fine spirits program is complex and intricately crafted. A wine selection varies from approachable, worldly reds to esoteric, markedly upscale champagnes and sparkling whites.
The fourth floor "Garden" is a lovely reprieve from the bustling streets below. Victorian-style seating arrangements, Louis Sullivan tile, and ivy-covered walls aid in making the space both luxurious and whimsical, resembling Celeste’s lavish interior design and décor. Guests can look forward to vintage-inspired punch bowls and other libations ideal for outdoor mingling.
