Goose Island Brew Pub’s Fleur
Goose brewmaster Greg Hall channels the Mexican drink jamaica by infusing a Belgian-style pale ale with dried hibiscus flowers. The puckery, floral and fruity beer is extremely limited, so get there fast. 1800 N Clybourn Ave, 312-915-0071.

2

Two Brothers’ Hop Juice Double IPA
The Ebel brothers are throwing a release party for their limited, hop-heavy IPA on Saturday 6 in Warrenville, but for a taste of their summer sipper cityside, stay local at Clark Street Ale House. 742 N Clark St, 312-642-9253.

3

Half Acre’s Daisy Cutter
Up-and-coming brewery Half Acre’s second batch of this aromatic pale ale should get to the Local Option this week. 1102 W Webster Ave, 773-348-2008.

4

Three Floyds’ Blackheart English IPA
This oak-aged pale ale is 9 percent alcohol; made of 100 percent English malts, hops and yeast; and should arrive at Sheffield’s in time for the weekend, which is 100 percent awesome. 3258 N Sheffield Ave, 773-281-4989.

5

Rock Bottom Brewery’s Two
To honor his second anniversary with his wife, Clare, brewmaster Pete Crowley is tapping the keg on his “Two” beer, a German ale brewed with red plums and coriander. 1 W Grand Ave, 312-755-9339.
