Ukrainian Children’s Stories – a unique exhibition of eleven children’s folk tales which have been passed down from generation to generation. The Ukrainian Storytelling dioramas are artistically crafted by Luba and Andrij Chornodolsky, from Baltimore. These stories will be visually conveyed by dioramas of scenes from familiar scenarios of animal characters in Ukrainian costumes. Reading and storytelling, with a multimedia approach, instill ethics, ideals and lifelong lessons. Presentations will amaze and amuse children, but most importantly engage parents and teachers in storytelling to children. The mission is to educate and build lasting memories; preparing for the journey of life through lessons learned from old Ukrainian folk tales.
