For 48 hours, the neighborhood of Boystown becomes filled with food, art, music and fun. The 32nd annual Northalsted Market Days is the largest two-day street fair in the Midwest with more than 40 musical performances and 400 food and art vendors that showcase the talent and diversity of Chicago's GLBT hotspot.
It spans six blocks, loaded with prime shopping outlets and people-watching to rival the flair of Mardi Gras. Technically, the fair takes a break at 10 p.m., but that hasn't stopped bars from staying open all night and allowing some 100,000 party-goers to keep it rocking!
