Adobo Grill 24th Anniversary Celebration

Adobo Grill, an Old Town gem beloved by locals and tourists alike, is celebrating their 24^th anniversary in January, and the Mexican eatery will feature an exclusive menu, available from Thursday, January 11^th to Sunday, January 21^st. 

Priced at $24 per person, with the option to add a margarita for $8, the pre-fixe includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert!

Appetizers include:  

• Salbutes de Pollo: Achiote marinated chicken tostadas, sour cream, fresco cheese, pickled onions 
• Tilapia ceviche: Citrus marinated mahi mahi, avocado, zucchini, corn, tomatillo broth 
• Flautas de Papa: Crispy taquitos, ancho salsa, sour cream, fresco cheese 

Entrée options feature: 

• Pechuga Adobada: Adobo marinated grilled chicken breast, roasted potatoes, spinach, ancho salsa  
• Poc Chuc: Achiote marinated grilled pork loin; molcajete salsa  
• Enchiladas: Chicken enchiladas basted in mole rojo, sour cream, cheese, beans  
• Tilapia Allá Talla: Guajillo-marinated pan-seared salmon, roasted potatoes, green beans, poblano salsa 

And for dessert:  

• Chocolate tamal: Vanilla bean ice cream, dried cherries, and chocolate sauce
