Focusing on the richness and diversity of Latino culture, the fest highlights every thing from love stories in Peru, sci fi comedies from Puerto Rico and coming of age tales from Cuba. Most of the films feature English subtitles, unless it was produced in the U.S. with English language and Spanish subtitles.

The film schedule supplies a dazzling array of choices so there's something for every kind of movie fan.
Consider the Peruvian version of Mama Mia with Crazy In Love (Locos De Amor), where four intertwining love stories displays a cast that spontaneously breaks out in song. The movie plays April 26 and April 30.
In the engaging Cuban drama, On The Roof (El Techo) three friends decide to take advantage of the newly opened economy and open a pizzeria on their roof, even though locals can't afford to buy the pies. The showings are on April 21, 23 and 24.
In The Solitude (La Soledad), the economic crises in Venezuela comes to life with a blend of fact and fiction tale of a family that squats in a dilapidated house and searches for a mythic treasure buried somewhere in the house to save them from moving to the Caracas slums. The movie plays on April 30 and May 4.
