Grab your bags, your running shoes and your yoga mat - Chicago is on the go as your kind of "sporty town," whether your sport of choice is running, yoga, or even being a rugby spectator. Chicago's We Love Yoga Fest (Sunday, October 26)

Being a sporty city-goer doesn't need to mean putting on a pair of running shoes.  The We Love Yoga Festival is a day-long celebration of yoga and its practices where participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of yoga specialty topics in group workshops and lectures. And don't just talk the talk - between classes and sessions, do a little yoga-inspired shopping at the yoga bazaar to get the gear to pull off the moves. Hosted at the Lincoln Park Campus of DePaul University, this ode to yoga will introduce you to new yoga poses, strengthen your skills, or even broaden your horizon on the health benefits of the practice. Namaste to you!
