Panoramic & Scenic North Side Tour

If you want to show your groups the hustle and bustle of big city life, consider this two-hour tour from Chicago Gray Line. The sights they'll see:

The business district. This tour begins with a trip through Chicago's famous Loop neighborhood, the city's Daley Plaza; see the shoppers and city dwellers make their way along State Street, home to the 12-story Macys on State Street, one of the world's largest department stores; and take a ride on Wacker Drive, the double-decked thoroughfare that winds its way under the city.

The Magnificent Mile. After a ride over the Chicago River, the tour continues with sightseeing along Michigan Avenue. Tour groups see the famous white Wrigley Building that announces the beginning of The Magnificent Mile, where Chicago's most exclusive stores exhibit their wares. There's also Chicago's elegant seven-level shopping complex, the renowned Water Tower Place, alongside one of the tallest buildings in the world, the John Hancock Center.

Lincoln Park. The tour culminates with a visit to the popular Lincoln Park neighborhood, a thousand acres of greenery, lagoons, flowers and zoo. Tour groups get to see the Cubs' Wrigley Field (visits not on game days), the Botanical Gardens, Chicago History Museum and the Newberry Reference Library. Plus, the tour makes a 20-minute stop at the Lincoln Park Conservatory, where groups can explore the wonder within this Victorian glass haven.
