Top Chef alum and fan favorite Fabio Viviani opened the Siena Tavern after a trip
to Italy, which inspired the vintage-style restaurant that balances a rustic feel
of Italy with a modern twist of sophistication in both room decor and menus. They offer a wide variety of private event space:
- Cellar: Accommodates
up to 14 guests. The area is complete
with a hidden 50-inch plasma screen linked to an
Apple TV, providing a place for slideshows and multimedia presentations.
- East Elevated Lounge: Holds 20 to 45 guests for private parties
in lounge seating, full-service bar with attached DJ booth overlooking the main bar
- Ovale Bar: This area has floor-to-ceiling windows, two full
service bars, and elevated DJ booth for 100 to 150 guests.
- Crudo Lounge: This semi-private area overlooks the main
dining area with room for 100 guests for reception-style events or 60 for seated
Excalibur Nightclub Reopens as Castle
