The luxury Godfrey Hotel
Chicago, on Huron and LaSalle Streets, is slated to open in 2013. The hotel is
fitted with 182 guest rooms, 12 junior suites, and 27 one-bedroom suites. The
hotel will have an on-site restaurant and bar, 24-hour fitness center, on-site
spa and an urban rooftop with retractable roof, water features, outdoor fire
pits and views of the city. Exact details of the meeting spaces and events
accommodations are yet to be announced.

M Vie opened its doors to

The newest restaurant to call Chicago home is Tanta featuring an innovative and delicious approach to Peruvian cuisine. Tanta is scheduled to open in July in their River North location. Peruvian chef, Gaston Acurio is a celebrity chef and restaurateur in Peru and has 32 restaurants around the world. His first restaurant, Astrid y Gaston is number 14 on the Pellegrino's list of World's 50 Best Restaurant. And Acurio will bring his talent and intimate knowledge of his homeland cuisine to Tanta's menu. The cocktail menu will focus on pisco (a grape brandy of Peru) for a fun twist on the average cocktail.
