After teasing Chicago diners for nearly 2 years, the long anticipated Oon Restaurant is now open (802 W. Randolph) with chef Matt Eversman serving up dishes in Contemporary American and Southeast Asian cuisines. The restaurant is situated among some of Chicago's hottest restaurants but despite the hustle and bustle outside the atmosphere is relaxed, the drinks are progressive and the menu features tasty delights like foie pho to barbecue tofu and scallops.
