Cultural Tourism Media Missions

Annually Choose Chicago invites national and international travel writers to highlight the city’s cultural assets.  This past May Choose Chicago along with key cultural partners traveled to Canada to meet with targeted travel trade and consumer media in Toronto and Montreal. In July, six international journalists from Canada, Mexico and China visited Chicago to experience Chicago’s unmatched cultural attractions and unique dining experiences with cultural leaders curated to provide an insider’s view of Chicago’s cultural landscape.

To date, these media missions have garnered coverage from national and international publications, including Journal de Montreal, Journal de Quebec, Sinovision, and Xinhua News, showcasing the city as a global destination. Thank you to our partners for your continued support and commitment.
