Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Choose Chicago President and CEO David Whitaker announced record tourism performance for the first three quarters of 2016. Results were driven by strong demand from convention and leisure visitor segments. Overall demand increased 2.2 in the period January 1st through September 30th, 2016.
