BestCities Global Alliance consists of 10 convention bureaus that deliver the world's best service experience for international meeting planners. These world premier meeting destinations include Berlin, Cape Town, Chicago, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Houston, Melbourne, Singapore and Vancouver.
As a BestCities bureau, we have undergone a rigorous, independent inspection and approval process to qualify for inclusion into the Alliance. All partners adopt the BestCities Quality Management System and undergo an annual internal audit and an external audit every third year. The audit ensures that all partners comply with the standards that are customized to serve clients better. The QMS also encourages equal participation and commitment from each partner which in turn ensures a stronger alliance.
