PUBLIC Chicago - October 2011
The 285-room boutique hotel in the former Ambassador East Hotel in the Gold Coast lakefront neighborhood offers personalized service and innovative, super-hip design. The Ian Schrager hotel features 10 meeting rooms, a full business center and a lounge that can double as a screening room. Plus, James Beard-award-winning chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is heading the kitchen at the historic Pump Room restaurant.
Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago - November 2011
Sleek sophistication is key in the new $125 million fashion-inspired hotel in the world-renowned Aqua Tower. The hotel has 334 guest rooms, an 8,000-square-foot fitness center and spa, and more than 28,500 square feet of meeting space, including a picturesque 12,035-square-foot ballroom with 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.
Greenhouse Loft - November 2011
Located a mere 10 minutes from the Loop in Logan Square, the 3,500-square-foot LEED Platinum event space fits up to 250 people in its loft space, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and an 8,000-square-foot organic sky garden.
Hotel Lincoln - February 2012
Boutique hotelier Joie de Vivre debuts its second location outside California with the 184-room Hotel Lincoln, located in a historic building at Clark and Lincoln in the trendy Lincoln Park neighborhood. Already the site of Perennial Virant restaurant, the new hotel will feature a rooftop bar, and many of the rooms will have lake views.
Acme Hotel Company Chicago - May 2012
Located in Chicago's River North neighborhood, within the heart of the city's restaurant and nightlife hub, this new boutique hotel (Formerly a Comfort Inn & Suites) will offer hip design, a high-tech vibe and approachable accommodations. The hotel, the result of a $3 million plus renovation, is comprised of 130 rooms, including 25 suites. ACME Hotel will deliver the latest in tech-savvy accommodations featuring 46" LED TVs with easy Apple and HDMI connections. In addition, all suites come with Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin audio systems.
