SERVICES & AMENITIES

Brochures, maps and complimentary concierge services are available from a team of visitor services representatives. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you navigate the city, plan customized itineraries, find exciting attractions and events, recommend restaurants and make the most of your time in Chicago.

At Chicago Water Works, check out the League of Chicago Theatres' Hot Tix outpost offering half-price admission tickets to more than 200 local theater shows.

Additionally, Chicago Greeter departs from the Chicago Cultural Center year round. Schedule in advance for this free service, which pairs visitors with local volunteers for customized, guided walks around downtown and neighborhoods of choice.

For a shorter, impromptu excursion, consider Chicago InstaGreeter. These free, hour-long walks are a great introduction to popular areas around the city and don't require pre-registration. Drop in during open hours at the Chicago Cultural Center to explore the Loop (offered year round), or select a neighborhood outpost (offered seasonally) to discover beyond downtown.

Get the same stellar experience with Millennium Park Greeter (offered seasonally) and take away an insider look at the stunning architecture, beautiful landscapes and innovative public art and programming that make up this Chicago jewel. Free, guided walks depart from the Chicago Cultural Center at 11:30am and 1pm.
