The Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau is excited to share its newly designed website created with you – the busy planner – in mind.
The site is divided into two sections – one for planners who are checking out Chicago’s attributes for their meetings and one for planners who have already booked. The section called Plan Your Chicago Meeting contains a superb Destination Marketing Kit and a complete listing of CCTB staff ready to help you navigate the choices for locations and services.
New features include easy access to information and improved business listing display.

Not sure how far the hotel you’ve selected is from great dining options? Use the interactive map on the site to find out.
Coming soon is a meetings tool box, which will provide ways for planners to save feature stories, destination information, and hotel and special event venues, as well as ideas for dining and things to do. The saved information can be used to create presentations for decision makers and boards of directors. There will also be a virtual filing cabinet that stores all the information you have selected from the site for review at any time.
